Return Policy

• Return window: 15 days from delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (except for faulty items)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Knickers
• Any intimate apparel where hygiene strips have been removed
